International Preschool/Kindergarten Student Enrollment Contract

Program Information

Program Title: Montessori Preschool/Kindergarten (3-6) Diploma Program

Program Duration: Seven Months (3 components of 10 weeks each). Note: A single contract can not exceed 18 months.

Program Schedule: Part Time Program completed via Distance/Home Study

Program Credential: Montessori Teaching Diploma (Ages 3 - 6 years)

This program includes: a full set of NAMC’s Montessori Preschool/Kindergarten (3-6) curriculum manuals, program assignments, blackline masters on CD, access to over five hours of online demonstration videos for one full year, feedback, evaluation, tutoring, the cost of shipping program materials by UPS Courier, and, upon successful completion of your program, your Montessori 3-6 teaching diploma.

Admission Policy


NAMC welcomes applications from all adults, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnic origin, nationality, or religion. To qualify for admission, you must meet the minimum requirements: a) possess a high school diploma or GED (or foreign) equivalent; or b) be granted admission based upon having experience working in an educational capacity; or c) be granted admission as a mature student (19 years of age or older). Note: the minimum admission requirements cannot be waived by either NAMC or the student.

Tuition and Fees - all fees are payable in US dollars ($USD)

Enrolled students will receive one full year of access to NAMC's on-line teacher training videos, offering over five hours of key presentations in Math, Sensorial and Language Arts. Please Note: High speed internet access is required.

Special Discounts and Promotions (Note: NAMC will make any necessary adjustments to your payment amount below for any special discounts/additional purchases that apply.)
  1. Graduate Discount: NAMC Graduates paying for the entire program in one payment will receive a $100.00 discount which will be applied to their Total Program Fee. Students paying for their program in three installments will have their discount applied as follows: Installment 1: $33.00, Installment 2: $33.00, Installment 3: $34.00.


  2. Volume Discount: NAMC offers a volume discount of $50.00 per person when two or more people enroll together. This discount will be applied against your first payment.


  3. Full Payment Discount: Students choosing to pay for their entire program in one payment save an additional $100.00 off their Total Program Fees. Please Note: This discount has already been applied to the payment amount shown above.

Payment Policy
  1. The student understands and agrees to pay the Total Payment Due outlined in the Section titled TUITION AND FEES, totaling $2,224.00 (US funds), before any applicable discounts. This includes a non-refundable Registration Fee of $200.00, a Program Tuition Fee of $900.00 and a Curriculum Material Fee of $1,124.00. Additional Shipping fees apply ($200.00 for the full program shipment or $100.00 for each of the three installments/shipments).


  2. If paying in installments, your first installment is due with submission of your contract. Your second installment is due on or before your first Assignment Due Date, and your final installment is due on or before your second Assignment Due Date. NAMC will provide you with your Assignment Due Dates along with your program materials.


  3. The student understands and agrees that if the tuition and fees are paid by a School, the diploma and transcripts will be sent to the School for release to the graduate.


  4. NAMC may adjust the Total Tuition and Fees to accommodate for any applicable Special Discounts (as outlined above).


  5. The Total Tuition and Fees payable is subject to the terms and provisions of the Tuition Refund Policy.


  6. The Total Tuition and Fees is subject to change without notice, but not within the Program Duration.

Please Note: Although it costs NAMC 3% when people pay by credit card, this is clearly the simplest method of payment, for both of us. It is also very safe, since you submit your credit card number through our secure server. The second most cost effective solution for you, is to mail us a certified cashier's cheque, school cheque, international money order, or bank draft. If you wish, you can wire your tuition, however, this is the most complicated and costly method for you. If you are paying by one of our other convenient methods of payment, please print out the PDF form and mail it to our center.

Students choosing to pay by credit card on a "per component" basis: Your first payment is due with submission of your contract. Your second payment is due with submission of your first set of assignments. Your third payment is due with submission of your second set of assignments. Credit card payments are automatically processed when your payments are due, unless you provide alternative instructions in advance.

Release of Personal Information:
  • In accordance with Part 4(10)(1)(a) of the Personal Information Protection Act, we hereby notify you that your name and personal identification information, the name of your program of study, and the amount of the Program Tuition Fee paid will be stored for the purpose of maintaining an academic record archive. Under the Personal Information Protection Act, you are entitled to access your student file.


  • Other uses of personal information may include purposes of identification, statistical reporting, determining Program Tuition Fee refund entitlements, measuring program performance, or other requirements. The student’s personal information collected by the institution will only be used for the purpose for which it was originally collected or for a use consistent with that purpose unless the student expressly consents otherwise.

STUDENT DECLARATION:

I hereby make application for the North American Montessori Center’s Teacher Training Program. The Educational Institution’s full name offering this program is “Cornerstone Montessori Pre-school Ltd.”, d.b.a. North American Montessori Center (NAMC). I understand the Total Payment Due (before any applicable discounts) is $2,224.00 (US funds). This includes a non-refundable Registration Fee of $200.00, a Program Tuition Fee of $900.00 and a Curriculum Material Fee of $1,124.00. Additional Shipping fees apply ($200.00 for the full program shipment or $100.00 for each of the three installments/shipments). I understand that I have 10 weeks (for each of the 3 components) to submit my assignments by either mail or email.

I certify that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Student Enrollment Contract, and I understand that I will receive a signed copy of this contract. I certify the information provided by me on this form is true and accurate and that I am 19 years of age or older.

INSTITUTION DECLARATION:

NAMC agrees to deliver the program according to the terms of this Student Enrollment Contract. NAMC reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the program curriculum and/or delivery. NAMC acknowledges that the student has met the admission requirements for the program of study.

All sections of this contract must be completed and the original contract must be kept in the student’s file at NAMC.
